For strategic global and regional roles, clients are able to retain the services of HBTC on either an assignment basis or for an agreed period of time.

You will be assigned a Senior Account Manager (min. 15 years industry experience) who will work solely on your behalf until the assignment
is successfully completed.

As well as having a Senior Account Manager, who will work solely on your behalf you will, of course, have access to the full range of contacts, experience and knowledge of the entire HBTC team

HBTC will work on an exclusive basis with our clients for an agreed period of time.

Exclusive Contingency enables HBTC to conduct a more in-depth search for our clients, fully utilising our vast network of industry contacts
throughout the world.

The exclusivity of this form of recruitment means HBTC can dedicate more focus and time to our client's requirements without the need of an upfront payment

Contractors / Visa Provision

On many projects, certain key members of staff may only be needed for a limited period of time and it not to our client's advantage to have
these staff on a permanent contract.

HBTC can not only recruit these key personnel but also provide Visa Provision for the employment of these short term contract staff, as well as mobilisation and payroll facilities.

 

Manpower Supply

HBTC have the facility to staff entire projects or provide mass blue-collar personnel according to your needs, whether it's long term projects or short term staffing.

HBTC have branches and assessement centres in both India and Egypt, which compliment the blue collar recruitment conducted through our head office in the UAE. This puts HBTC in the unique position of being able to assess blue collar staff prior to submission.

Salary Surveys

HBTC can provide formal industry salary and benefit surveys for our clients, ranging from blue collar staff to CEOs.
